Hi there and thank you for reading!

The end of January 2022 is the time when my project Augam is born. But it has been a long road to get there. Like many people around the world, the pandemic and the quarantine gave me the opportunity to listen to myself more and to understand what I really want and what kind of future I want to create for myself. I loved the company I worked for, I had a supportive manager, great opportunities to implement my ideas, to really grow and to work with interesting business projects, but eventually I started to feel that everything was repeating itself and that I wanted to give more to the world.

I wanted to contribute to people’s well-being and satisfaction at work and in life through my new activity. We spend at least a third of our lives at work, and if we are workaholics and find it difficult to separate work from our personal lives, even when we are at home, we are usually still working in our minds, which makes this time much longer. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good at work. Yes, it is not possible to feel good 100% of the time, because life is not a pre-scripted process where you can prepare for every possible situation, but it should be an aspiration. In my work experience, I have seen too many unhappy people at work, colleagues who are burnt out or constantly unhappy about something, but do nothing about it. I was like that myself at certain times, and it seemed that my state of mind was the result of the environment.

Since I am past this period, I want to share how liberating it is to realise that we create our own state of being. And how good it feels to realise that you can define yourself as a person not only through work. When I asked myself what I wanted to do next, I realised that I wanted to help people find that same state. That’s how coaching came into my horizon. Through six months of training and sessions, I learned a lot about myself and realised that the applications of coaching were endless and that it would directly help me in my new mission.

All of this is what drove me to create Augam. The name is very symbolic for me. First of all, it represents my Lithuanian roots, which, living in France, it is important to constantly cherish. Secondly, it is growth – a natural and inevitable result of coaching, both for the client and for me. Augam‘s mission is to increase the sense of satisfaction of all working people through coaching sessions and by collaborating with companies on HR management issues, to implement and improve processes focused on employee well-being. At the same time, I aim to make coaching, training and consulting as accessible as possible to everyone, which is why the vast majority of services are available online.

So welcome and let’s grow together!
